我们非常重视您的隐私和数据安全。Tengu 是一款完全本地运行的加密桌面客户端，致力于为您提供私密、安全、透明的使用体验。

1. 本地运行与数据隐私​

  • Tengu 的所有功能均在您的本地设备上执行。
  • 我们不会收集、传输或上传您的任何私钥、助记词、钱包信息或链上数据。
  • 所有敏感信息（如私钥、助记词）仅存储于本地，并通过 XSalsa20/Poly1305 加密保护。

2. 网络请求与链上数据​

  • Tengu 可能使用公链公开节点（如 Solana RPC、gRPC 服务）进行链上数据查询。
  • 所有请求均由您的客户端直接发起，不会经过我们的服务器或中转服务。
  • 我们不追踪、不记录、不收集您的链上活动或钱包地址。

3. 日志与崩溃信息​

  • 默认情况下，Tengu 不会收集任何日志或错误报告。
  • 您可以选择手动提交错误日志，以帮助我们改进产品。
  • 所有日志文件均保存在本地，除非您主动发送。

4. 第三方服务​

  • 若您使用了第三方插件或脚本（如 JavaScript、Lua 扩展），请注意其隐私策略可能不同。
  • Tengu 对用户加载的外部代码不进行行为追踪，也不默认允许网络通信。

5. NFT 与链上验证​

  • 若您使用 NFT 授权系统，Tengu 会验证您的钱包地址是否持有授权 NFT。
  • 此验证通过公链节点完成，不会收集任何额外数据。

6. 隐私承诺​

  • 我们永远不会将您的数据用于商业用途。
  • 我们不会出售、共享或以任何方式泄露用户信息。
  • Tengu 是开源项目，您可以随时审查所有源代码与数据处理流程。

🔒 Privacy Policy (English)​

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. Tengu is a fully local, self-contained crypto desktop client committed to providing a private, secure, and transparent experience.

1. Local Execution & Data Privacy​

  • All core features of Tengu are executed entirely on your local machine.
  • We do not collect, transmit, or store any private keys, mnemonic phrases, wallet information, or on-chain data.
  • Sensitive data (e.g., keys and mnemonics) is stored locally and protected using XSalsa20/Poly1305 encryption.

2. Network Access & Blockchain Data​

  • Tengu interacts with public blockchain RPC/gRPC endpoints (e.g., Solana) to query chain data.
  • These requests are initiated directly by your client; we do not operate servers or act as intermediaries.
  • We do not track, log, or store your wallet addresses or on-chain activities.

3. Logs & Crash Reports​

  • By default, Tengu does not collect usage logs or crash reports.
  • You may optionally choose to submit logs to help improve the software.
  • All log files are stored locally unless you choose to share them.

4. Third-Party Scripts or Plugins​

  • If you load custom plugins or scripts (e.g., JavaScript, Lua), those may follow their own privacy policies.
  • Tengu does not track or restrict your plugin activity and does not allow external communication by default.

5. NFT-Based Licensing​

  • If you use NFT-based licensing, Tengu will verify NFT ownership via your public wallet address.
  • This process is done using blockchain nodes and does not require or collect personal data.

6. Our Commitment​

  • We will never use your data for commercial purposes.
  • We do not sell, share, or expose any user data in any form.
  • Tengu is fully open-source, and you are free to audit all code and data handling mechanisms.
