Tengu 授权和 NFT 属于数字资产，一经交付即不可撤销，除技术性问题外不接受退款申请。

政策说明：​

• 所有 NFT 售出后即为最终交易，恕不退款。
• 如因链上失败或网络拥堵导致未成功铸造，请在 48 小时内联系客服处理。
• 对重复付款或误支付情况，我们将人工审核后决定是否退款。

Tengu licenses and NFTs are digital goods and are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of technical failure.

Policy Details:​

• All NFT purchases are final and non-reversible.
• In case of failed minting due to network or blockchain issues, contact support within 48 hours.
• Duplicate or accidental payments will be reviewed case-by-case before any refund decision is made.
