这些条款说明使用 Tengu 及相关文档时的基本边界。具体许可权利以适用的开源许可或你取得的商业协议为准。

许可与知识产权​

开源版本按 AGPLv3 提供。该许可允许商业使用、修改与分发，但需履行相应义务。额外闭源分发、再授权及约定的支持权益由商业协议定义，详见授权说明。

第三方库保留原有许可。Tengu 的名称、标识等品牌权利不因取得代码许可而自动授予。本页不限制 AGPLv3 已授予的合法权利。

用户责任​

用户负责保管恢复资料、核对网络与交易参数，并评估所运行的插件和脚本。不得利用软件从事违法活动。

Alpha 软件的功能、兼容性与数据格式可能变化。首页和白皮书中的规划不等同于已发布功能或固定交付承诺。

保证与责任​

软件按“现状”提供。在适用法律允许的范围内，不提供适销性、特定用途适用性或特定结果的保证；责任范围依适用许可和协议确定。法定且不可排除的权利不受本页影响。

更新与联系​

更新后的说明将在本站公布，既有授权的权利变更仍应遵守对应协议及适用法律。疑问请联系 [email protected]。

These terms describe general boundaries for Tengu and its documentation. Applicable open-source licenses and executed commercial agreements govern specific rights.

AGPLv3 permits commercial use, modification, and distribution subject to its conditions. Additional proprietary distribution, sublicensing, and support rights are defined by the commercial agreement. Third-party licenses remain applicable. A code license does not automatically grant rights to Tengu branding, and this page does not restrict rights granted by AGPLv3.

Users are responsible for recovery material, transaction parameters, and third-party code they run. Unlawful use is prohibited. Alpha features and formats may change; roadmap descriptions are not delivery commitments.

The software is provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Warranty and liability provisions follow the relevant license or agreement. Mandatory rights are unaffected.

Updates will be published on this site. Changes to existing licenses remain subject to their agreements and applicable law. Contact [email protected].
