本最终用户许可协议（“协议”）是您（“用户”）与 Tengu 软件开发者（“我们”）之间关于使用本地桌面客户端软件 Tengu（“软件”）的法律协议。

1. 许可授予​

• 免费用户可在 AGPLv3 开源许可下使用本软件，需保留版权声明并遵守协议条款。
• 商业用途（闭源、集成、销售）需通过 NFT 商业授权或签署商业协议获得许可。

2. 使用限制​

• 禁止反编译、破解、绕过授权系统或用于非法目的。
• 未经授权不得复制、分发或出售本软件的全部或部分。

3. 所有权声明​

• 本软件及相关知识产权归原作者所有。
• 本协议不授予用户使用本软件名称、商标、界面设计的权利。

4. 自动更新​

• 软件可能在用户许可下进行自动更新，以改善功能与安全性。

5. 终止​

• 若违反本协议，使用权将被立即终止，开发方有权采取相应法律行动。

6. 法律适用​

• 本协议将依照国际通用合同法律原则进行解释与执行。若发生争议，各方应首先通过友好协商解决。

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and the developers of Tengu (“We”) for use of the Tengu desktop software (“Software”).

1. License Grant​

• Free use is allowed under the AGPLv3 open-source license, with proper attribution and license compliance.
• Commercial use (e.g., closed-source deployment, resale, integration) requires a valid NFT license or commercial agreement.

2. Restrictions​

• You may not reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or use the Software for unlawful purposes.
• Redistribution or resale without authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership​

• All rights and intellectual property remain with the original authors.
• This agreement does not grant rights to use the Software’s name, branding, or visual design.

4. Updates​

• The Software may be updated automatically with user consent to enhance features and security.

5. Termination​

• Breach of this Agreement will result in immediate termination of usage rights and possible legal action.

6. Governing Principles​

• This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced based on internationally accepted principles of contract law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to prioritize amicable resolution.
