本说明适用于 Tengu 桌面软件的许可使用。开源许可与实际取得的商业协议决定具体权利；存在差异时，应按所适用的许可和协议处理。

许可授予​

开源版本按 AGPLv3 使用、修改和分发，包括符合许可条件的商业使用。需要额外闭源分发、集成或再授权权利时，按对应等级的商业协议取得许可。

使用边界​

遵守适用许可，不冒用品牌、伪造授权凭证或以违法方式使用软件。商业授权的范围、验证和终止依协议约定。本说明不剥夺 AGPLv3 允许的研究、修改与分发权利。

所有权与第三方组件​

原作者保留其代码与品牌的适用权利。第三方组件保留各自许可；对 Tengu 的代码授权不自动包含商标、名称或第三方代码的额外授权。

更新与终止​

程序更新和数据迁移以相应版本说明为准，更新前应备份。授权的期限、违约处理与终止后义务依适用许可或商业协议确定，不以本页新增限制替代原条款。

This notice applies to licensed use of the Tengu desktop software. The applicable open-source license or commercial agreement determines specific rights.

The open-source edition may be used, modified, and distributed under AGPLv3, including compliant commercial use. Additional proprietary distribution, integration, or sublicensing rights require the corresponding commercial agreement.

Comply with the applicable license, do not misuse branding or falsify license credentials, and do not use the software unlawfully. This notice does not remove research, modification, or distribution rights granted by AGPLv3.

Original authors and third-party contributors retain their applicable rights. Code licensing does not automatically grant trademarks or additional rights to third-party components.

Back up data before updates. Terms, termination, remedies, and post-termination duties follow the relevant license or agreement. Commercial governing-law and dispute provisions are in the commercial terms. Contact [email protected].
