商业授权与 NFT 的付款、交付和退款规则，以适用协议及法律要求为准。已交付的数字商品原则上不退款，但不排除法定权利或另行达成的书面安排。

交付失败与异常付款​

• 如果付款或铸造未成功，请在发现后尽快联系支持；项目处理指引为 48 小时内反馈。
• 重复付款或误支付按实际记录逐项审核，不应直接假设会自动退回。
• 提交网络、交易哈希、时间、付款金额和对应授权信息，不要提供私钥或助记词。
• 不要在确认状态不明时反复付款，先查询链上结果并联系维护者。

Payment, delivery, and refund rules follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law. Delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable, without excluding statutory rights or written arrangements.

Report failed payment or minting promptly; the project's handling guidance is to contact support within 48 hours. Duplicate or accidental payments are reviewed against actual records and are not automatically refundable.

Provide the network, transaction hash, time, amount, and relevant license details. Never submit private keys or recovery phrases. Check uncertain transaction status before paying again.
