📃 使用条款（中文）​

感谢您使用 Tengu。本使用条款（以下简称“条款”）适用于您对 Tengu 软件及其相关服务的使用。使用本软件即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款的约束。

1. 软件许可协议​

Tengu 采用 双重许可 模式发布：

  • 免费版遵循 AGPLv3（GNU Affero 通用公共许可证第 3 版），允许修改与再分发，但必须开放源代码。
  • 商业版基于 NFT 许可 或签订商业协议，允许闭源使用及二次开发，适用于 Tier 2 及以上授权用户。

请在使用或发布修改版时，明确遵守对应版本的许可条款。

2. 用户责任与限制​

  • 您应自行承担使用 Tengu 管理钱包和资产的全部风险。
  • 禁止使用本软件从事违法活动，包括但不限于欺诈、洗钱、黑客攻击或违反任何国家法律法规。
  • 对因使用 Tengu 导致的资产损失、数据丢失、不可抗力引起的问题，开发方不承担任何责任。

3. 知识产权声明​

  • 除开源组件外，Tengu 的软件名称、LOGO、界面设计及文档均归原作者或团队所有。
  • 商业使用需获得授权 NFT 或签署正式协议，禁止未授权的再包装、出售或品牌冒用。

4. 第三方代码与依赖​

Tengu 使用了若干第三方开源库（如 Qt、gRPC、Lua 等），这些库均保留其原始许可，用户在使用时应一并遵守相应协议。

5. 不提供保证​

Tengu 以“现状”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。我们不对任何使用结果承担责任。

6. 条款更新​

我们有权随时更新本使用条款，更新后的条款将在官网上公布并立即生效。您继续使用软件即视为接受新条款。

📃 Terms of Use (English)​

Thank you for using Tengu. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tengu software and related services. By using this software, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Licensing Model​

Tengu is released under a dual licensing structure:

  • The free version is distributed under AGPLv3 (GNU Affero General Public License v3), which allows modification and redistribution under the same license.
  • Commercial use requires an NFT license or a commercial agreement. Tier 2 and above license holders may use Tengu in proprietary or commercial settings.

Please comply with the relevant license depending on your use case.

2. User Responsibility and Restrictions​

  • You are fully responsible for how you use Tengu to manage your wallets and crypto assets.
  • You may not use Tengu for any illegal purposes including, but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, hacking, or violating local laws.
  • We disclaim all liability for asset loss, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the software.

3. Intellectual Property​

  • Except for open-source libraries, all branding, UI designs, and documentation of Tengu remain the property of the author or development team.
  • Commercial use requires a valid NFT license or formal agreement. Unauthorized redistribution, branding, or repackaging is prohibited.

4. Third-Party Code​

Tengu includes several third-party open-source dependencies (e.g., Qt, gRPC, Lua). You must comply with their respective licenses when using the software.

5. No Warranty​

Tengu is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind—express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the software implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
